Culturally Responsive Schools
This site lists a set of cultural standards adopted by indigenous educators in Alaska. They "provide a way for
schools and communities to examine the extent to which they are attending to the educational and cultural
wellbeing of the students in their care."
These standards provide a valuable check list for those of us involved in teaching indigenous students as
well as for parents and community members.
